One of the most popular dresses I have shared in the various Dresses with Sleeves challenges over the past couple of years was very much in the style of Grace Kelly. That particular dress is no longer available – I have received a lot of requests asking where you can buy something similar, so I am sharing one that I have found from a vintage range stocked by The Little Black Dress company. I have said before that if you like the retro styles , brands that specialise in vintage styles can be a great source of dresses not easily found on the High Street. Most are really competitively priced too , as this one I’ve selected demonstrates – priced at just £35. A bargain!
The neckline is very reminiscent of Grace Kelly, and the ruching at the waist helps create an hourglass silhouette.
